In Africa there are more than 1,000 cultures. Each tribe has its own wedding traditions. There are also many different religions. Many Northern Africans are influenced by Muslim traditions and in the South there are more Christians. Africa it's a large continent that has some of the oldest civilizations on earth.

Egypt is located in Northern Africa, bordering the Mediterranean Sea. Egypt covers 95,450 sq km, more than three times the size of New Mexico, US. The climate is hot and dry in the summer and the winter is moderated. The country is basically a desert. Egypt controls the Sinai Peninsula and the Suez Canal. Its size and its position establish its major role in Middle Eastern Geopolitics.
